Grakon, LLC announced today that they have once again received the prestigious PACCAR, Inc “50 PPM” Quality Achievement Award. PPM is defined in the industry as “Parts Per Million” defective out of all parts shipped to the customer. According to Rick Ryland, PACCAR Senior Director of Global Supplier Quality, “Grakon has earned the award every year since PACCAR initiated the award in 2007.”
Grakon is pleased to announce the launch of an all LED interior lighting system for PACCAR’s new commercial vehicles. The advanced LED lighting system is currently being supplied to both PACCAR North American Truck Divisions for the Kenworth T680 and Peterbilt 579.
Grakon chooses Synergy 3000 for its Multi-Language Capability. Since implementing Synergy, Grakon has realized immediate benefits. “We can have operators enter data in the plants across the globe, while engineers and managers can monitor the data anywhere in the world,” Don Bartlett, Director of Quality & Customer Service said.
